How far in advance should I book?+

As soon as your flights are confirmed. Weekend and holiday demand is high; wedding weeks and cruise turnaround days book out first. Custom island tours: at least 5 days in advance.

Where do we meet our driver at HNL?+

You'll receive precise meeting-point instructions and your driver's mobile number 24 hours before arrival. For most groups we meet at a designated area outside baggage claim with a personalized welcome sign.

What happens if our flight is delayed?+

We monitor flight status and adjust pickup timing at no charge. If your flight is diverted or cancelled we work with you to rebook at the earliest reasonable time.

Why is there a minimum booking fee?+

A $75 one-way minimum ensures we can dispatch a private vehicle exclusively for your group. For groups of 5–9, the minimum protects the pricing on smaller parties; larger groups almost always exceed it.

Do I have to pay for all my group upfront?+

A 25% deposit reserves the booking. The remaining balance is due 72 hours before service, or on the day of service by prior arrangement. Cancellation policy is on our Cancellation page.

Can we customize the Circle Island itinerary?+

Yes, that's the whole point of a private tour. Stops can be swapped, added, or removed based on time, weather, and surf conditions. Your driver will discuss the plan at pickup.

Are meals and admission fees included in the Circle Island Tour?+

No. Food, paid admissions (e.g. Byodo-In, Dole Plantation), parking, and optional activities are not automatically included. The Premium Package adds fresh leis and a lunch stop.

Do you provide child safety seats?+

Yes, $15 each. Please tell us your child's age and weight at booking so we bring the correct seat.

Can I add a lei greeting to any transfer?+

Yes. Fresh flower lei greetings are $15/guest and subject to seasonal flower availability. Add them at booking or up to 48 hours before arrival.

How much luggage can we bring?+

Standard: one large checked bag plus one carry-on per guest. Oversized items (surfboards, golf clubs, equipment trailers) require a custom quote and possibly a luggage trailer add-on.

What if my group is under 5 people?+

Our minimum is 5, but exceptions are possible for close-connection service. Submit a request and our team will confirm if we can accommodate.

Can stops change during the Circle Island Tour?+

Yes. The published itinerary is illustrative. Stops may change because of traffic, weather, closures, surf conditions, safety concerns, time limitations, and guest preferences.
