Full refund window
Cancellations made more than 7 days before service receive a full refund of the deposit, minus any card-processing fees.
Partial refund window
Cancellations 72 hours to 7 days before service forfeit the 25% deposit but no additional charge applies.
Inside 72 hours
Cancellations inside 72 hours of service are billed in full. Exceptions considered case-by-case for flight cancellations and severe weather.
Weather & road conditions
If we cancel a service because of unsafe conditions we will reschedule at no charge or refund in full.
