By booking a service with Aloha Loop Oʻahu you agree to the terms below. If you are booking on behalf of a group, you represent that each guest has read and accepted these terms.

We provide private prearranged ground transportation and private island tours on Oʻahu. We are not a taxi, rideshare, or public shuttle service. All bookings are private and by reservation.

A reservation is confirmed when a 25% deposit is received. The remaining balance is due at least 72 hours before service unless otherwise arranged in writing.

See our Cancellation Policy. Changes made within 24 hours of service may not be possible depending on driver and vehicle availability.

Guests are expected to behave respectfully toward drivers, other guests, and vendors. We reserve the right to end a service without refund for unsafe or disrespectful behavior.

Except where required by law, our liability for any claim relating to a service is limited to the amount you paid for that service. We are not liable for missed flights or connections outside our control.
